(1) The Attorney General will be given daily and visiting allowance as follows while visiting Nepal in the work related to his position:-
(A) Daily Allowance: The amount mentioned in Schedule-1.
(b) Visiting Allowance: (1) When visiting on foot, the amount mentioned in Schedule-1.
(2) Fare for one person when traveling by bus.
(3) First class ticket expenses per person when traveling by train.
(4) Ticket expenses for one person when traveling by air.
(5) Fares for one person when traveling by other vehicles.
(2) The Attorney General will be given daily and visiting allowance as follows when he travels outside Nepal to participate in any function, festival, international conference, seminar etc. on behalf of the Government of Nepal:-
(A) Daily Allowance: The amount mentioned in Schedule-2.
(b) Visiting Allowance: (1) Motor fare as per the bill charged to one person when traveling by motor.
(2) First class ticket expenses per person when traveling by train.
(3) Business class ticket expenses for one person when traveling by air.
(4) Expenditure according to the bill incurred by one person while visiting by waterway.
(3) When the Attorney General goes on a formal visit outside Nepal as a guest of a foreign country, he will receive a daily allowance at the rate of half of the daily allowance received as per clause (a) of sub-section (2) as long as he stays in such country.
